Crumbl Allergen Menu — Ingredients & Allergy Information
The short answer: almost every Crumbl cookie contains wheat, milk and egg, and most frostings and fillings also contain soy. Some flavors add peanuts, tree nuts or sesame. Crumbl bakes in open kitchens where all of these are handled, so cross-contact is always possible — if you have a serious allergy, treat this page as a starting point and confirm in the official Crumbl app or with the store before ordering.

The Allergens to Know at Crumbl
Wheat (gluten)
Present in effectively every cookie, cake and crust Crumbl sells. Crumbl is not a gluten-free bakery, and even items without wheat ingredients are made in the same kitchen.
Milk and egg
The base of nearly every dough, frosting and filling. A Crumbl cookie without milk or egg is the exception, not the rule.
Soy
Found in most chocolate, frostings and fillings — including the cheesecake and strawberry cake on this week’s menu.
Peanuts and tree nuts
Used in specific flavors rather than across the menu. Pink Sugar’s almond frosting is the standing example on the classics board; rotating flavors with peanut butter, praline or nut toppings appear regularly.
Sesame and the rest of the big nine
Sesame, fish, shellfish, mustard and sulphites are not typical Crumbl ingredients, but the official allergen statement for any specific flavor is the only safe source — check it in the app before you order.
Cross-Contact: The Part That Matters Most
Crumbl stores prepare every flavor on shared surfaces with shared tools, in kitchens that handle wheat, milk, egg, soy, peanuts and tree nuts every day. That means even a flavor whose ingredient list is free of your allergen cannot be guaranteed free of traces. Crumbl does not market any item as gluten-free, nut-free or vegan, and neither do we. For a medically serious allergy, the safe move is to check the official allergen information for the exact flavor in the Crumbl app and talk to the store team.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Crumbl have gluten-free cookies?
No. Crumbl does not offer certified gluten-free items, and everything is baked in a kitchen where wheat flour is in constant use.
Are any Crumbl cookies nut-free?
Some flavors contain no nuts as ingredients — the classic Chocolate Chip is one — but all items carry cross-contact risk from shared equipment, so they cannot be called nut-free.
Are Crumbl cookies vegan?
No. The standard recipes use butter, milk and egg. Crumbl does not currently sell vegan cookies.
Where can I check the allergens for one specific flavor?
On the flavor’s page in the official Crumbl app or website, which lists its allergens, and on the nutrition information in store. Our per-flavor pages add the confirmed allergen list as official data is published.
Crumbl Weekly Menu is an unofficial fan guide and is not affiliated with Crumbl LLC. Allergen information changes when recipes change — always confirm in the official app before ordering if you have an allergy.
